The Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices And Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Mr. Ekpo Nta has announced the discovery of 67 illegal universities in Nigeria.
He made the disclosure yesterday while presenting a paper on “Corruption and National Security” at the 22nd Annual International Conference on African Literature and English Language (ICALEL) at the University of Calabar.
